Kumho tyres
The Kumho tyres seem quite good on the SUV AWD Turbo Diesel and the car handles well.

Ok tyres but wear too fast
Tyres handle ok and they are what came on the vehicle but only getting 40000 even though they are regularly rotated, I was expecting more. 60% of the travel is towing so the back tyres have worn very quickly.

Better than I expected
I ve have only done about 5000kms so far so no comment on durability. However, wet and dry weather grip, noise and comfort so far has been impressive, better than I thought they would be. At least as good as the Bridgestone Duelers 687 I previously had on the car and much better than the Bridgestones in the wet. And at about 2/3 the price of the Bridgestones, I think I ll be sticking with Kumho s for a while.

Every time I need a new tyre I get Kymho Solus they are priced well and are excellent
Yes the tires are durable, they hug the road well, I got them from K mart tyre and Auto as I Trust their work and pricing. I have used jump tryes in all my cars and I have recommended them to my daughter who got 4 new ones for her Car as well. We are both happy with the tyres

Wouldnt use any other tyre
I have used these tyres on various cars and have yet to find a better value/grip/tyre life balance on another brand. For example Continental tyres wore like a bugga and ain t cheap! I like Michelin for grip but they cost a fortune! Aussie car reviewer rates Kumho tyres highly too. Check out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbMti7VQC1k

Told these were good tyres and read reviews that rated them good
Tyres performed well but just been told while having a service that my rear tyres need replacing within another 5,00klms. I have only done 24,000klms and had them rotated and kept the presure at the recommended psi. Would not buy again as my last tyres Dunlop Grandtrek lasted 80,000klms so not happy.

Great Tyre, but buy online
I have been very happy with the Kumho KL21 s s on my Jeep GC Limited and recently replaced them after 80,000km s of mainly city driving with another pair. I rotated regularly and kept them at 36-38psi to improve wear. They have good all-round performance wet/dry/on/off road and road noise is minimal for highway driving. I purchased the new set through Tyresales.com.au and got a great price and no hassles having them fitted. I wouldn t buy tyres any other way now.

AS THE INTERNET SAYS KUMHO IS KOREAN FOR CRAP
On my 30,000 service the dealer told me I need new tyres. These tyres were fitted on the brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee MY14 Limited and have been properly maintained as per the dealer specs. On speaking with Kumho they say they require all new cars to have a wheel alignment with a tyre dealer !!!! WHAT ??? Pay $75,000 for a brand new quality car and still have to pay more to have the alignment checked ??? I wonder who gets a kick back and why Jeep fit such crappy tyres on expensive vehicles. Not Happy Jan.

Factory fitted
I only got 32000km in 15 months and these were rotated regularly. Look good, just not sure if I should get more mileage out of them than that. They were first rotated at 6km and at each service thereafter so I know I could have done no more. They are a good price though.

Good tyre
Factory fitted tyres compliment the car very well, so well that I replaced them with the same tyre. My only diss appointment is that I only got 43000kms. In all fairness one pair had about 55 percent and the other pair had worn down to the wear indicator. The tyres were not rotated regularly enough by servicing dealer.

Awesome wear good grip a little bit noisy
Fitted new to my 2011 kia Sportage. Has now done 105,000 klm mostly city and will probably will get another 10,000 out of them. Note this is for the 5 tyres as I rotate the spare. I run them at 38 front and 36 rear and rotate every 10 or 15k. They have never been rebalanced and no punctures. They seem noisy on certain surfaces but this could be as much th car as the tyres.

78,000kms so far
When I bought the Jeep with those 20 rims, I figured I d be happy to get 40,000kms out of the tyres but expected less, I can t believe it s about to tick over 80,000kms, and still a few kms to go until they are level with the wear indicators, probably change them soon, at 85K. That s such good life I am forced to consider buying the same tyres. They are also very quiet. I tow a boat quite a lot throughout summer weekends and a camping trailer during winter too.

71,000kms so far
Have them on my 2014 Grand Cherokee Laredo V6 3.6lt from new and are up to 70000k s. Have then rotated with every service and run them at 36psi to 40psi.which is every 12,000K s. which I am told is the secret to good tyre wear. Use has been 90% road 10% beach with the odd boat tow. I drive hard at times but always brake slowly when possible. Getting low but still legal reckon they will go 80k s Have found them to be quite on the road and great in the wet. Will be changing to Kumho KL61for more off road work.

61000 km so far
We bought our Hyundai ix35 when it was 2 years old and had 23000km on it. The tyres were on it from the start and now the car has 61000 km on it. The tyres are wearing evenly and there is about 1-2mm tread depth left and a tyre shop told us there is about 5000 km left before they should be replaced. This seems to be about the general life span of this tyre, but obviously depends on how you drive, on what surface and your tyre pressure. I am wondering whether to replace them with the same tyre or different, this depends on price, wear, fuel savings and multiple other factors! Update to review 4 March 2016: Last week I asked a tyre shop to check the tread depth as they were 63500 km old. He said they had less than 1.6mm tread left at the indicator arrow and should be replaced. I shopped around and managed to get his initial quote down from $235 per tyre (incl fitting) to $218 per tyre. It pays to shop around by phone as you can save a lot. I decided to buy these tyres again as they lasted 63500 km and are a quiet tyre on the road. He recommended Pirelli tyres (~$190 each) but the reviews I read told me that 4/5 reviewers thought they were noisy. I should have got the tyre shop to put the 5 year old new spare on the car and put one of the brand new tyres in the boot as the new spare . Don t forget to do this when you buy 4 new tyres and your spare is a few years old but still unused.
