About Kumho Tyres SOLUS KH17 Tyres
This innovative new tyre was developed specifically for urban driving. With a silica-based tread and non-directional design, the Solus KH17 offers lower noise and good wet/dry traction for a comfortable ride.
It was rated first in two consecutive years by Russian Automotive Magazine and "Very Recommended" by ACAC Motorwelt Magazine. Features include a non-directional tread, low noise, better comfort, and good wet/dry traction.
Kumho supplies tyres originally for Hyundai i10/i20/Accent/Azera, Kia Rio/Forte/K3, and GM Holden Spark/Cruze.

Expected more out of Kumoh
Got 2 tyres installed in 2018. But they have lasted me only 2.5 years and approx. 25000 KMs only.

Great milage
Had these tyres fitted 3years 8 months ago. Got 79k out of them with a rotation. Had them fitted again July 2020 as they're an excellent all round tyre.

My Captiva came factory fitted with Kumho Tyres. I've enjoyed them and even replaced them at the 60000kms with exactly the same brand. I've driven 105000kms to date and enjoy my tyres. Never had a flat

1994 BMW 318is
Brilliant
Tyres very durable. I drive at night round trip just over 2000ks every 2 months. These tyres give a smooth ride. Handles brilliantly in the wet & dry. I’ve been using Kumho’s for a few years now & wouldn’t use any others.

1994 BMW 318is
Brilliant
I drive over 2000kms every 2 months & never had a problem. I’ve tried other tyres but always go back to Kumho’s. They are quiet & handle brilliant in wet & dry conditions. I feel safer. I only buy these tyres now.

2014 BMW X1
Kumho Solus KH17 - 225/45R18 95V
I average 250 kilometres per day on the highway. I've driven on these tyres in all conditions including ice and snow. They're good tyres, quiet on the road, flexible on corners. I've swerved hard to avoid a kangaroo twice and they inspired confidence. I've had to break heavily twice doing between 60-70 kilometres and at higher speeds and they handled well. They appear to be wearing alright and I anticipate i'll get at least 50,000 kilometres with correct maintenance and rotation.

2008 Toyota Prius
Kumho Solus KH17, Good tyre and good value
Had these tyres for just over 4 years on a Toyota Prius 2008. I got 62,000Km without having to do regular rotations (I did shift the front ones to the back on one occasion, as the front tend to wear faster). Their handling was good and the Kms is what I would expect, so I think it is a fairly good tyre. Would be happy to use again.

43000 k s traveled still 5000 to go before tread markers are reached noise ok grip in wet dry is fine Would recommend Am purchasing set of kumho crugen premium suv kl33 as replacements

Hyundai Accent
Great types!
We have been using Kumho for the past few years and they are great. We drive a Hyundai Accent that came with Kumho from factory and we were very impressed, specially since they lasted almost 90,000 km! We just replaced them and did some price comparison but nothing can beat the value of a Kumho tyre.

Toyota 105 Series Landcruiser
Kumho Road Venture MT51
Just installed a set of 285/75r16 Kumho MT51 s on my Landcruiser, I have run Coopers, BFG, Brigestone, Maxxis and Mickey Thompson on past vehicles (All heavy duty 4x4), some of these have severely underperformed and displayed rapid deterioration. To date the Kumho MT51 s have been my favourite and are very cost effective. These are sold as a Mixed Terrain and they certainly are very quiet. I liked the fact that product testing was done in Australia for our conditions and our vehicles. These are not a small tyre, they are 33.1 inches and fill out the wheel arches nicely on my cruiser, unlike some other brands that are very small for their advertised size. I cannot comment on personal wear just yet, however I will update this review as I put more Km s over various terrain on these tyres.

Solid friend
As we had a history of using these on previous cars, we were anxious to again purchase 4 new tyres for an upcoming driving holiday. They didn t let us down with our trip on a variety of road surfaces as our reliability and comfort while driving never let us down.

2014 Ford Fiesta
Handling well
Needed new tyres on my 2014 Ford Fiesta Sport and these were recommended. Nice smooth ride since switching to these. Very impressed with the tyre and the after-service offered to me by the service provider. I seem to be getting a wee bit better mileage so that s a great thing!

Toyota yaris
I am quite happy with performance and price
Its great tyre for the price.Quite steady on the road, unlike other tires, I use Michelin before but it was so slippery and nearly got accident because of that tyre. Price is great, last time i bought Kumho last me 4 years till its worn out. I would choose this brand over other brands.

Terrific high speed wet grip and good value
I purchased a set of these tyres for our Camry Sportivo and have nothing but praise for there handling. They are quite and great at wet freeway speed, I previously had Dunlop tyres on the car which got louder as they wore and wore they did quickly. After buying these my father in law saw them and put a set on his 3 year old BMW and has said they handle much better and are much quieter than the Pirelli's he had on it.
